The new building was constructed to provide four additional class bases and a studio hall.

ESH installed Kawneer systems, including curtain walling, casement and tilturn window, thermally broken doors, framing and heavy-duty commercial entrance doors. 

Kawneer AA720 fixed light and parallel opening windows , AA721 casement windows, GT70 slimline windows, AA720 thermally broken doors, AA451PT framing and Series 190 heavy duty commercial entrance doors.
